Shady Acres Refund Policy

At Shady Acres, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for unopened drinks and gummies only. Products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Return Instructions: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your original purchase. Once your request is approved, ship the unopened products to the following address:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping: We currently use standard UPS or USPS ground shipping from North Carolina, with average shipping times around 5-7 business days. The cost of shipping varies depending on the zones and the weight of the items.
